Absolutely useless. Impossible to get hold of anyone, no calls or emails returned and rude receptionist who seems to be based somewhere in the ether but not in an office. I had my flat on the market with them and they listed it as POA so no viewings and no way to contact anyone to get the situation ... Read Full Review

I recently used Rolfe East Ealing W5 to locate a property. Having found the correct one I left a substantial deposit and allowed matters to progress. It fell through and I requested my deposit back.
